Los afectados por el cierre de marinas secas llaman a una ‘tractorada’ frente al Ajuntament d'Andratx |

Los afectados por el cierre de las marinas secas situadas en los aledaños de la carretera del Port d’Andratx han convocado, para el próximo viernes, una concentración con camiones, excavadoras, remolques con embarcaciones y demás maquinaria frente a la sede del Ajuntament.
La Asociación de Afectados en Suelo Rústico de Mallorca [Nota de Disúrbia: això és surrealista...] ha pedido una reunión el próximo viernes con miembros del equipo de gobierno liderado por la alcaldesa Katia Rouarch (PI) para exigir que el Consistorio presione ante el Consell de Mallorca para que el pleno de la institución insular apruebe esta legislatura el interés general que, para las actividades de mantenimiento y almacenamiento de embarcaciones de recreo, prevé el nuevo Plan de Intervención de Ámbitos Turísticos (PIAT). Asimismo, hasta que se apruebe el mencionado interés general, los afectados por el cierre de las marinas secas solicitan la adopción de una medida cautelar [Nota de Disúrbia: què!?] que les permita seguir adelante con una actividad económica cuya clausura –entre empresarios, trabajadores y clientes– afecta a unos 300 residentes del municipio, sostienen los convocantes de la concentración.
En el transcurso del encuentro con los dirigentes políticos del Ajuntament d’Andratx, los representantes de la Asociación de Afectados en Suelo Rústico de Mallorca, también instarán al equipo de gobierno a que adapte a las nuevas Normas Subsidiarias (NNSS) del municipio los polígonos de uso terciario, en cuyas parcelas se desarrolla una actividad de almacenamiento de desmontes, material de construcción y estacionamiento de maquinaria, y que, como la que se despliega en las marinas secas, también ha sido clausurada.
Durante la pasada legislatura, el Consistorio se vio obligado a decretar el cierre de las marinas secas (una decisión ratificada recientemente por los tribunales) por su actividad sobre suelo rústico. Sin embargo, consciente del importante impacto económico y laboral que estas instalaciones tienen sobre Andratx, el anterior teniente de alcalde de Urbanismo, Jaume Porsell (PP), reclamó al Consell una regulación menos restrictiva en relación al emplazamiento de los mencionado depósitos de mantenimiento e hibernación de lanchas, yates y veleros.
En las alegaciones entonces presentadas a la redacción del PIAT, Porsell también reclamó que se sometiera a reconsideración la obligación de situar las marinas secas a una distancia máxima de tres kilómetros de la zona portuaria del Port d’Andratx.
Una medida, a juicio del ex edil de Urbanisme, demasiado restrictiva para el municipio, teniendo en cuenta la configuración de su territorio, en lo que se refiere a su orografía y calificación del suelo.

On 02/21/2019 about 1:00pm a Ms. “Susan Taylor” (ST) contacted me by telephone concerning technical support for Intuit QuickBooks (QB) but it was QB Pro Advisor Help. She presented herself as a representative for QB. I was led to believe that ST worked for QB and was responding to my request for tech support. QB Pro Advisor Help
I allowed ST to sign on to my computer remotely. ST informed me that my company file was 79% corrupted and when that corruption reached 84% that my company file data would be unrecoverable and lost. I was very concerned; I cannot afford to lose 10+ years of accounting data. QB Pro Advisor Help
ST advised me of two solutions: 1) one-year support contract for 95.00 or 2) three-year support contract for 35.00. I told QB Pro Advisor Helpthat was a lot of money and too expensive. I asked what the cost was for a single instance of technical support to recover and stabilize my company data file; ST told me the charge is .00 per megabyte. My company file is approximately 232MB, so single instance support would be about 00.00.
After some haggling, QB Pro Advisor Help ST offered the special deal of 95.00 for 42 months (3.5 years) of unlimited technical support and assured me that my present issue (including the reason for my seeking tech support) could be resolved in a few hours. Please remember: I had the understanding that I am communicating with an employee of QB, the designer of this software. I also am under the impression that doom and destruction await my company data file should I not respond and have this data recovery/repair completed immediately.

Finally, I talked with a lady “Ron” and described my situation. I asked if “QB Pro Advisor Help” is a QB company. I was informed that they are not. I then discussed what the expense is for technical support from QB; I was told 9.95 per year, .95 per 3 months or .00 per month. “Ron” informed me that QB does not offer any technical support in greater than annual periods, she suggested I immediately stop payment. We discussed the possibility of this being a fraudulent transaction since “QB Pro Advisor Help” had misrepresented themselves as being QB. She also suggested I report this instance to the QB fraud department at spoof@intuit.com, which I promptly did. There is no telephone number available to contact the Intuit QB fraud department directly. I am still waiting for a reply to this email fraud report.
