El Consell expedienta tres chalets de alquiler turístico ilegales en Campos |
(Diario de Mallorca, 9/04/2019) Se contruyeron tres viviendas en una parcela de solo 14.700, sin licencia y en zona de riesgo de inundación Miquel Adrover. La Agencia de Defensa del Territorio del Consell de Mallorca ha abierto un expediente de infracción urbanística contra tres chalets ilegales que al menos dos estaban dedicados al alquiler turístico en pleno campo. Están ubicados en una zona rústica del municipio de Campos, en las inmediaciones de la emblemática playa de Es Trenc, y levantados sobre una zona de riesgo de inundación. Las tres viviendas están construidas en una parcela de 14.700 metros cuadrados, cuando sólo se puede levantar un chalet por cada 14.000 metros, que es la percela mínima permitida en zonas rústicas normales de Mallorca. Dos de las construcciones, dedicadas al alquiler turístico y anunciadas en plataformas de internet, fueron edificados sin licencia municipal, ya que la propiedad no contaba con la extensión de terrenos permitida.
En las imágenes aéreas que acompañan estas líneas se puede apreciar como en el año 1997 solo había una vivienda construida en dicha parcela. Ahora hay tres chalets y piscina construidos de forma irregular y que deberán ser derribados y recibirán su correspondiente multa. Si la propiedad decide demoler por su propia cuenta se podría ahorrar cerca del 90% de la sanción que va en función del volumen de obra ilegal edificado.
La ofensiva del Consell de Mallorca iniciada en 2017 y 2018 contra el urbanismo ilegal en el campo sigue en este 2019. Se ha multiplicado la apertura de expedientes de infracción con la correspondiente orden de demolición. Prueba de ello es que en 2017 se dictó el derribo de 81 construcciones irregulares y en varios meses de 2018 fueron 78. Este año ya se superan las 20 órdenes de demolición por obras irregulares dictadas por la Agencia de Defensa del Territorio.
