Eivissa: Vila obliga a retirar un gran cartel de un edificio en obras en Vara de Rey

EIVISSA | REDACCIÓN El Ayuntamiento de Eivissa obligó ayer a retirar el cartel de grandes dimensiones que estaba ubicado en un edificio en obras de Vara de Rey. Este anuncio se había instalado en un inmueble situado en la zona afectada por el Pepri (Plan Especial Para la Reforma Interior). El Ayuntamiento recuerda que este plan prohíbe expresamente instalar publicidad en fachadas de plantas superiores ubicadas en el núcleo histórico.

Después de tener conocimiento, a través del celador municipal, de la existencia de este cartel, el Ayuntamiento inició un expediente administrativo por la infracción urbanística y se notificó a la empresa responsable de su colocación la obligación de retirarlo. El Consistorio informó ayer que la retirada se ha efectuado esta semana.

Por otro lado, el Ayuntamiento de Vila recuerda a través de una nota que la instalación de toldos o carteles publicitarios en edificios (estén incluidos o no en zona Pepri) requiere de la preceptiva licencia municipal, según establece el Plan General de Ordenación Urbana vigente, la ordenanza sobre publicidad y la normativa de disciplina urbanística. Estas normativas destacan, entre otros puntos, que «los carteles publicitarios requieren licencia municipal» y que «queda expresamente prohibida la publicidad descontrolada a base de carteles aferrados a las fachadas.
